My prayers are for the Floyd Family. May GOD's Word comfort you during this time and always.
Good job George, you made it over the finish line like a true Trooper. May God give you Rest and peace in your heavenly abode. You may have indeed changed the world.
This was tragic, but I keep reflecting on the video clip of Mr. Floyd and his beautiful daughter on his shoulders saying, "My daddy is going to change the World"! Prayerfully we will stick together to get the justice and changes deserved!
My Heartfelt Sympathy to the Family
Gone too Soon πΉ
I want to send my deepest condolences to the family, friends and all who loved George Perry Floyd so much. George and the injustice of his murder has touched me and many deeply. As a white Canadian woman, I vow to look inside myself everyday and work to heal the racism that lives inside of us all, as I know this is a sickness that has been instilled for many years! I vow to always stand up and speak out in the face of hate, and to always remember the good things about George, while trying to honor his memory. He has not died in vain, he has awoken a fire in all decent humans!! I hope he is smiling down, with his mother's arms wrapped around him, knowing how deeply he has touched so many lives. Knowing change is coming! Rest in peace Sir. JUSTICE MUST PREVAIL!!! Love from Ontario, Canada.
My sincere condolences to the family. I know all too well how you are feeling because I lost my son, also at 46 years of age five years ago. He had so many things in common with Floyd, high school athlete, children and family that he loved so much and who loved him. He also spent time in prison and had his run-ins with the law over the years but he kept trying to fight the demons of addiction. He too experienced police brutality and shared his firsthand accounts with me about himself and others. My son is white - trust me, police brutality can be colorblind. My prayers are with you today and always.
To the George Floyd family, my sincere condolences and prayers are with you in your time of sorrow. George Floyd ( Perry ) will not be forgotten. God bless each and everyone of you. π
